He practices before all of the courts in Georgia and Alabama, including the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Attorney Townes has been fighting for families since 1999. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Howard University School of Law, in Washington, DC and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management/Accounting from Morehouse College. Mr. Townes is a member of the American Association for Justice, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Gate City Bar Association, Magic City Bar Association, and a proud supporter and member of the Georgia Association for Black Women Attorneys.
Mr. Townes is an active member of the community and an active member with his church, where he serves on the Board of Deacons. He resides with his wife, Karyn, his children, Kamryn, Kyndal, and Kalil, and their dog, Kingsley. He is a devoted husband, father, and friend.

Attorney Keishan J. Davis has practiced law in Georgia since 2000. Mr. Davis focuses on serious and catastrophic personal injury matters, including automobile/trucking accidents, premises liability cases and medical malpractice. Mr. Davis’ practice is dedicated to evening the playing field when seeking justice for those families whose lives have been affected, often tragically, through the avoidable negligence of others.
Mr. Davis earned his J.D. at Howard University School of Law in Washington, DC, and earned his B.A. in Political Science from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. He is a member of the Georgia Bar. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit. Among other professional associations, he has been a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Gate City Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Davis has experience in all aspects of litigation, including arbitration, mediation, jury trials and appeals. Mr. Davis is a native of metro-Atlanta. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Dr. Tova Davis, their two beautiful children, Germany and Khalon, and their dogs, Truth and Justice. He is member of Beulah Missionary Baptist Church is Decatur, Georgia, where he is a Member of the Board of Directors. In addition, he enjoys the arts, as he and his wife served as Executive Producers on their first motion picture “short film” entitled Ir/Reconcilable, starring Jasmine Guy, Crystal Fox and Dick Gregory which has appeared on HBO, HBOGo and HBO OnDemand.
